Project developed for a national competition promoted by São Paulo town hall for the urban development plan study called Arco do Futuro — future’s arch — that proposes the reconfiguration of an area structured by fundamentals elements of the historical occupation of the city: Tiete e Pinheiros rivers, railways infrastructure e old manufacturing areas.
The proposal aims to intervene in the urban space of Northern Urban Support, considering the intervention area as an AIU — urban intervention area — composed by two perimeters:
- PPP-BRT North Articulation
public private partnership for a BRT (bus rapid transit) implantation parallel to Marginal Tiete. - OUC North Articulation
Urban operation to foment and induct urban development, stimulate industrial activities and non-residential or mixed uses.
